Business Visa (Non-Immigrant B)

The Non-Immigrant "B" Visa, commonly known as the 

Thai Business Visa or Work Visa,

is required for foreign nationals who plan to work, conduct business, 

or undertake investment activities in Thailand.

  Thai Work Permit, which legally allows a foreigner to work in the country.

This visa is typically issued as a Single-Entry (90 days) visa,

 which can later extended

to a One-Year Extension of Stay after obtaining the Work Permit.
